- Make lodging arrangements early because space is limited.
- All Lodging Forms, deposits, and inquiries should be sent to Keystone Resort and NOT to CEC-ICMC 2005 or Centennial Conferences.
- Rates do not include applicable state or local taxes or surcharges (contact Keystone Resort for details).
- CEC-ICMC 2005 or Centennial Conferences are not responsible for lodging arrangements. However, we will be glad to try to help you resolve any problems you may have.
- A deposit is due within 7 days of the date the reservation is made. The deposit fee is US $100 per reservation (multiple reservations may share one unit). All major credit cards are accepted.

Reservations will be confirmed by email or fax after the deposit is received. Please make sure to write your contact information clearly.
Other Lodging Information
- Check-in time is after 4:00 pm and check-out time is prior to 11:00 am.
- No shows will be charged the room rate indicated on the reservation confirmation for the entire reserved period less any revenue received from the room being resold over the specific dates of the conference.
- Late arrival fee: US $50.00; early departure fee: US $50.00. To avoid the late arrival/early departure fee, please contact Keystone Reservations prior to your arrival.
- Each registered guest will receive a complimentary Mountain Activity Passport , providing admission to events such as boat rental for the Keystone Lake, horseback riding lessons, and guided hikes. Please note that many of the activities listed are weather dependent and are not guaranteed. Call Keystone Resort with questions.
Sharing Rooms
- The additional per person/per night fee is US $15.00. Children 12 and under stay free.
- Roommates and guests are the responsibility of each individual. If one person cancels, the other(s) will be charged the FULL RATE. No shows, late arrivals, and early departures will be charged the full amount for the entire stay. A 5.9% surcharge, in addition to applicable state and local taxes will be added to your bill.
Cancellations
- Lodging cancellations must be in writing and be sent to Keystone Resort.
- Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are subject to forfeiture of the entire deposit amount.
- Cancellations outside of 14 days of arrival will result in return of lodging deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee.
- No shows will be charged the room rate indicated on the reservation confirmation for the entire reserved period less any revenue received from the room being resold over the specific dates of the conference.
- Any lodging refund will be sent by Keystone Resort.
