BOOTH & EXHIBIT HALL INFORMATION:

BOOTH RENTAL RATES AND DESCRIPTION:

Single booth, 10'x10' = $1,700

Checks must be in U.S. dollars ($) drawn on a U.S. bank made payable to CEC-ICMC 2003. The deadline for full payment is June 15, 2003.

Each booth will be comprised of 8' fabric backwall with 3' side dividers. The Egan Center is carpeted with a shade that is 90% blue and small amounts of other colors. Exhibitors are provided with a 7"x44" identification sign and peripheral security during installation, show hours, and dismantle.

ASSIGNMENT OF BOOTH SPACE:

Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out. All applications are date-stamped upon receipt. Applications without the 50% deposit will not be given a booth assignment until the deposit is received.
To select your preference of booth area assignment, please refer to the tentative exhibit floorplan. Exhibitors wishing to avoid assignment of space adjacent to, or across from, particular companies should indicate so on the Exhibit Space Contract. Careful consideration will be given to such requests whenever possible. Exhibit Manager reserves the right to adjust floor layout.

WILLIAM A. EGAN CIVIC & CONVENTION CENTER EXHIBITION HALL DETAILS:

Utilities: Telephone lines, drains, cable, and high-speed data transfer are on 21-27-foot centers. Water and electricity are available upon request.

Floor load capacity for the Exhibition Hall is 300 psf.
