TENTATIVE SCHEDULES:

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION ON-SITE HOURS:

Exhibitors may pick up their packets on Monday, Sept. 22, between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm at the Cryo Expo 2003 registration area on the street level of the William A. Egan Civic and Convention Center. All exhibit representatives must register prior to entering the exhibit hall. Exhibitors MUST wear their badges at all times in order to enter the exhibit area.

INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLE OF EXHIBIT:

Installation:
Monday, Sept. 22 8:00am to 5:00pm *
Dismantle:
Thursday, Sept. 25 1:00pm to 6:00pm *

Exhibits must be kept intact until the closing of Cryo Expo 2003, presently planned for Thursday, Sept. 25, at 1:00pm.

All display materials must be fully removed from the exhibit floor by 6:00pm on Thursday, Sept. 25.
