Fee includes 1 (one) set of CEC or ICMC proceedings, admission to all technical sessions and the exhibition, the welcome reception, exhibitors reception, awards luncheon and the "Turnagain Arm Scenic Railroad Train Charter" (banquet event).

CEC or ICMC - Full Student/Retiree US $300 US $350
Fee includes 1 (one) set of CEC or ICMC proceedings, admission to all technical sessions and the exhibition, the welcome reception, exhibitors reception, awards luncheon and the "Turnagain Arm Scenic Railroad Train Charter" (banquet event). PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment must be in U.S. dollars. If not using a Visa or MasterCard, all checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. No other credit cards are accepted.

REGISTRATION CHANGES
To substitute a pre-registered conference attendee, please go to the pre-registration desk to receive the original registered attendees conference materials and then proceed to the on-site registration desk.

To make changes (including adding social event tickets) to a pre-registration, please proceed to the on-site registration desk after receiving your conference materials.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Requests to cancel a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed, mailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences (contact information above). Pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US $75 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing (mail, email, or fax) by Centennial Conferences by August 22, 2003.

Any event tickets are non-refundable.

Cancellation after August 22, 2003 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
