1) Rare Isotope Accelerator
The Rare Isotope Accelerator (RIA) is rated the highest priority
construction project by the Nuclear Science Advisory Committee. It
will be a facility to provide beams from protons to uranium in
unprecedented intensities to unique experimental devices. The
session on RIA will consist of invited papers and contributed oral
presentations. Abstracts on all cryogenic, SRF and superconducting
aspects are welcome.
Submission Category: CEC-06 Superconducting RF Systems
Please note in the acknowledgements field that you would like your abstract to be considered for the special session Rare Isotope Accelerator.

2) Liquid Hydrogen
A special session is being planned to highlight the 100th anniversary
of the first liquefaction of hydrogen in the USA. Presentations are
planned to chronicle the introduction of liquid hydrogen into the
United States, and its use by government and industry through the
20th century. Contributed papers are welcome that will describe
either ongoing, novel, or recently explored uses of this low
temperature cryogen.
Submission Categories: CEC-03 Industrial Gas / Fuel Cryogenics or CEC-16 Aerospace Cryogenics

3) Cryogenics for Industrial Gas Production
A continually growing world-wide industry produces liquid cryogens
for industrial applications, medical applications, or as fuels. A
special session is being planned to compliment a pre-conference tour
to a local LNG plant. Contributed papers are welcome from this field
that will describe the cryogenic challenges related to plant
performance or reliability, and/or component design and development.
