Exhibit Registration: Exhibitor Registration will take place on Monday, August 29 at the Columbine Ball Room of the Keystone Conference Center between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors MUST wear their badges at all times in order to enter the exhibit area.
- If you pre-registered for the conference and your registration fees are paid in full, please pick up your registration materials at the "Full Pre-Paid / Pre-Registered" Desk.
- If you did not pre-register or have an amount due status, please register at the "Money Due / On-Site (Walk-In Registration)" Desk.

| (This year’s banquet will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 1, and will take place at the Keystone Mountain House Ski Lodge. Buses will provide transportation to and from the banquet. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment must be in U.S. dollars. CEC/ICMC’05 accepts Visa and MasterCard only. If not using a Visa or MasterCard, all checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. No other credit cards are accepted. Cash and traveler’s checks accepted also.
REGISTRATION CHANGES
If you need to make changes to your existing registration or you are replacing a person already registered, please go to the On-Site registration desk.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation after August 22, 2005 will result in forfeiture of the fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted. If payment is made by credit card, the adjustment will be made to your account; otherwise a refund check will be issued within four to six weeks following the completion of the conference. Tickets for social events are not refundable.
Admittance to Sessions and Social Events: All participants must have a badge for entry to all technical sessions and social events. Some events also require tickets.
