INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS: POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Each poster board measures 4ft in height x 8 ft in width (115 cm x 240 cm). Present the information on your poster in a manner that will be clearly visible and easy to read from a 3 feet (1 meter) distance. In general, the use of color, large fonts, and bullet-formatted information will enhance a poster presentation and aid the viewer to grasp the important concepts in your paper.

If you need to make changes or withdraw your abstract from the program BEFORE THE CONFERENCE, please contact the Abstract Program Manager, Annett D'Antonio, at e-mail: cecicmc05@centennialconferences.com. Please be sure to include your Session ID Number on any correspondence. If you need to make changes or withdraw your presentation from the program ON SITE AT THE CONFERENCE, please contact the Managing Editor, Melinda Menard, in the Publication Room located in Castle Peaks 1 on the 2nd floor of the Keystone Conference Center.

NOTE: It will NOT be acceptable to merely post a copy of your paper. Such papers will be marked as ‘no-show’.

The following schedule should be followed for setting up and taking down posters:

Tuesday, August 30th

Poster Presenter Set Up7:00 am – 8:30 am
Poster Session 9:00 am – 10:30 am
Poster Presenter Tear Down 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
Poster Presenter Set Up 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm
Poster Session 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Poster Presenter Tear Down Immediately following session Exhibit Hall closes at 5 p.m. Posters must be removed by 5 p.m

Wednesday, August 31st

Poster Presenter Set Up 7:00 am - 8:30am
Poster Session 9:00 am - 10:30 am
Poster Presenter Tear Down 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
Exhibit Hall Closed 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Awards Luncheon 12:15 pm – 1:45 pm
